1. Order Processing

All orders placed on PEHRO are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Order processing typically takes:

  • 1–2 business days for ready-to-ship products

  • Additional processing time may apply for limited edition or specially crafted pieces

Orders are processed only on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability

3. Free Shipping

We currently offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Any future shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched

Customers can track delivery progress through the courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Secure Packaging

Every PEHRO order is packaged with special attention to safety and presentation.

Your package may include:

6. Delivery Delays

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

PEHRO shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

7. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

PEHRO will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address submission

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Unavailability of recipient during delivery attempts

Additional re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect information.

8. Damaged Package During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the package

  • Unboxing video recorded during package opening

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

9. International Shipping

Currently, PEHRO ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
