7-Day Easy Return
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be be met:
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging must be intact
- Authenticity certificate must be included
- Product must be free from scratches, damage, perfume exposure, or tampering
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@pehro.in with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Free Return Pickup
For eligible return requests, PEHRO will arrange complimentary reverse pickup wherever serviceable. Our team will coordinate the process for a hassle-free experience.

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection:
- Full refund will be processed.
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact support@pehro.in.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- Size adjustment is required (where applicable).
Manufacturing Warranty
Every PEHRO jewellery piece includes a 6-month manufacturing warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Clasp or lock defects.
- Stone setting issues resulting from manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, water damage, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Lifetime Jewellery Care Support
We continue to support every PEHRO customer with:
- Professional cleaning guidance.
- Re-polishing assistance.
- Re-plating support (charges may apply after the warranty period).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and include:
- Order number.
- Product photographs.
- Unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or engraved jewellery.
- Gift cards.
- Products purchased during clearance sales.
- Products showing signs of use after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
