A 7-Day Window, Should You Need It
If a piece doesn't feel quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. No lengthy explanations required — simply reach out, and we'll take it from there.

For Your Return to Be Accepted
- Your request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The piece remains unworn, exactly as it arrived
- Original packaging accompanies the return
- The authenticity certificate is included
- The piece shows no signs of scratching, damage, fragrance exposure, or handling beyond inspection
- Please contact PEHRO before returning any item
- Returns without a prior request cannot be accepted
- Keep your packaging and authenticity certificate together

Once your return reaches us and passes a careful quality review:
- A full refund is processed, without deduction
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
- Funds return to your original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer
If 15 business days pass from approval without your refund reaching you, write to support@pehro.in and we'll resolve it promptly.
When an exchange may be arranged
Within 7 days of delivery, we're glad to arrange an exchange if:
- The piece arrived damaged
- An incorrect item was sent
- A manufacturing flaw is present
- A size adjustment is needed, where the piece allows for it
